Benefits
Implemented SharePoint lists, automating and centralising various department request trackers such as design & marketing requests and systems issue trackers.
These lists enabled dynamic reports via Query files, offering real-time insights into request types, turnaround times, volumes, and trends. A centralised Systems Training Hub, SOP repository and a welcoming landing page further enhanced engagement.
